PENEGAKAN HUKUM TINDAK PIDANA PENGERUSAKAN HUTAN CAGAR ALAM PULAU SEMPU (STUDI PENERAPAN PASAL 12 UU NOMOR 18 TAHUN 2013 TENTANG PENCEGAHAN DAN PEMBERANTASANPENGERUSAKAN HUTAN “JO” PASAL 19 UNDANG-UNDANG NO 5 TAHUN 1990TENTANG KONSERVASI SUMBER ALAM HAYATI DAN EKOSISTEMNYA DI BKSDA PULAU SEMPU)

This research is conducted in order to know what are the kind of criminal acts in conservation of natural resources and its constraints that occur in law enforcement in Sempuh Island Nature Reserve area based on Law No. 18 of 2013 on Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction (P3H) and to know how to attempt the repatriation of such crimes. However, by selecting the institution related to the problem in this thesis is BKSDA Sempu.The result of this research by using joint approach between juridical normative data and juridical empiric two types of data where primary data and secondary data is taken from BKSDA resort Sempu, through direct interview with forest ranger. Besides, library research is also conducted by the author by reviewing and searching references, legislation, articles and sources related to the object of research which is then studied using qualitative and drill techniques descriptively. The results of the study show the first result, the form of criminal case that occurred in Sempu Island Nature Reserve as follows: a. illegal logging b.forest usage legally.The second attempt to overcome the crime that occurred in Nature Reserve of Sempu Island as follows will be described as follows. the second pre-emtive effort The third preventive effort of the next repressive effort is the constraints of law enforcement in Nature Reserve of Sempu Island is geographically located b.
